Widows updates Reboot Loop

Caused by DeepFreeze is in frozen state after Windows updates rebooted and install the 2nd part of the process:

- Boot to Safe Mode (F8) or Boot from Windows disk-Repair-Command Prompt

- C:\Windows\Winsxs - Delete all Pending*.xml files (sometime 1 or 2 or 3 files).

- Restart computer
